What is spiritual warfare ? If you have never been psychically attacked or experienced spiritual warfare you may not understand the emotional, psychological and physical effects that can result.
Spiritual Warfare as defined by Wikipedia: " ..the Christian concept of fighting against the work of supernatural evil forces. It is based on the biblical belief in evil spirits, or demons, that are said to intervene in human affairs in various ways.
I always find it interesting that many metaphysicians (yes, I am one) will discredit the concept of evil or the devil but will wholeheartedly embrace any spiritual practice to "cleanse" themselves of low vibrations or discarnate entities. Prayers of protection usually start any spiritual ritual or practice such as in healing, trance or psychic and mediumship work. If they don't believe in evil. just what are many metaphysicians afraid of? Coming from a Catholic background, I have no problem using the word evil and phrases such as "psychic attack". To deny these things exist is naive. The earthly realm is both dark and light, ying and yang. To think otherwise leaves you unprepared as a metaphysician. Whatever you want to call bad vibrations or low entities is up to you. I just call it the way I see it.
Some of the signs that indicate you may be under spiritual attack are:
Sudden or extreme onslaught of various troubles, losses, and trials
Attacks of physical danger, illness, life-threatening loss
Increased temptation and luring towards sin or wrong choices
Feelings of overwhelming despair, darkness, and fear
Deep confusion, feelings of condemnation and guilt, dulled spiritual awareness
Note these are not all of the symptoms that can manifest but the most obvious ones.
How do you protect yourself from any onslaught? There are several methods, prayers, rituals that myself and other metaphysicians have benefited from. I list a few examples I hope you will find helpful below;
Archangel Michael, a warrior
The apostle John recorded a vision he had that included Michael: “War broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought” (Revelation 12:7). This reveals that Michael and Satan each have armies of spirit beings under their command—and these beings have waged (and will wage) war against each other.

It has been my experience that if one is a lightworker, or healer, medium or channel and work in the Light and the Glory of God and His beings; expect the darkness to attack.
