I had the opportunity to look at the case of Chance Englebert, who has been missing since 2019 from Gering, NE.
Impressions: shot, criminal, remains near or in a reservoir.
Two areas of interest to me are: Terry's Lake in the Scotts Bluff area as well as the North Platte River which pools in a few spots into lakes or reservoirs.
